Ms. Legate is President of GenEquity Mortgage, the mortgage subsidiary of Paragon Global Resources, Inc. Within this function, Ms. Legate is a licensed loan officer. Ms. Legate is also Senior Vice President, Global Mobility Consulting for Paragon Global Resources, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Ms. Legate has more than 30 years of relocation industry experience. She is responsible for several functional areas at Paragon including Learning Resources, Human Resources, Paragon Decision Resources, and Business Alliance. Serving in the relocation industry for more than 30 years, Ms. Legate has managed all aspects of client relations and operations, starting as a consultant and working through everything from on-site relocation centers to group moves to managing branch operations. Ms. Legate graduated with a BBA from Stephen F. Austin University in Texas and is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and holds the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation.

Mr. Crispin joined Paragon in 1998 as a Real Estate Services Coordinator. Since joining Paragon, he spearheaded the creation and management of Paragon’s Real Estate Services group. In addition, he relocated to the Dallas area to take management of Paragon’s supply chain management function as the Director of Business Alliances. Most recently, he was promoted to Vice President of GenEquity Mortgage and has been tasked with the operations and management of GenEquity. Mr. Crispin began his career in relocation in 1987 and previously worked in closing and operations for 13 years prior to joining Paragon. He holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from Worldwide ERC® and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
